Day 13 of Bootcamp workout

Woo Hoo! Even though it's our "Sunday" here, I did my walk and my day 13 bootcamp workout. I only did a 30 minute walk but did the day 1 cardio kickboxing workout video and then did the day 13 again from yesterday. I DO feel good. And since today is laundry day, I do stretching and bending when I switch over laundry since I can't easily reach in the bottom of the wash machine to get that blasted sock on the bottom in the back. Also did stretching when I empited my dishwasher today too.
Think I'm on day 5 of 8 cups of water a day.

I have also tried to spread the spark today! I posted Spark messages on my cross stitch message boards and on my blog.

It's my weekend here, I got bored so I did the bootcamp videos for day 11, 12 & 13 plus the bonus videos. Wow, that was a work out and I feel good! I don't do cardio on the weekends but I did find my jump rope so I will have to do that later.

DH went and got supper from the Turkish restaurant tonight! The first time in 2 1/2 months that I haven't cooked!! WOO HOO. Lamb chops, turkish bread, & salad.

    at least the exercise hasn't stopped your appetite. Sounds good. We ate in a turkish restaurant in Epcot at Disney World when we went there. Good Food.

Day 11 of Boot Camp

I did my 2 mile 45 minute walk this morning, then did the Day 11 ab video then did the bonus ab video. That was a workout but I do feel better.
2 miles is 3 .25 circuits on the main road of the compound here and this morning it was cool and VERY windy, I had a head wind for a 1/4 mile each time I rounded 1 particular bend.

For 5 days in a row now I've been able to get down those 8 cups of water a day. Some days are easy and some days not so easy. I'm just not a water drinker.

    You're doing great drinking your water. I didn't like it at first either but I got accosstuned to it. Now I drink it in the morning and that leaves the afternoon for tea, green tea, and pop whenever I indulge. I also drink more water at times. I was told by my doctor not to go over the limit too much. 10 or 11 is sufficien if drinking more.

Bootcamp Day 10 challenge

This was the good one again. I did my 2 mile walk, taking off 2 minutes, must have felt better, then I did the "kick boxing" cardio work out video before doing the Day 10 challenge video and boy I sweat and had a workout. I did feel better.

This 8 cups of water every day is driving me nuts.

I did find out that the model of my blood testing meter is not sold in this country so therefore, they don't have the test strips that I need. I will either have to get my kids to buy them and send them to our friend who will be home in February and have him bring them back to me or buy another meter here that they have everything for.

  


Boot camp day 8 & 9 catch up

I have done all the boot camp work outs so far but today was excellent! Even though it's a repeat of days 1 & 2, I seemed to have done it a bit better today. First I did a 43 minute, 2 mile walk. I started out just waddling & plodding along but picked up the pace a bit. I went for the extra lap which made it 2 miles. YEAH ME!
Then I did the bootcamp work out for day 8 which was a repeat of day 1 and was able to get the kicks in better. Then I did the work out for day 9 which was day 2 and it was lower body AND I did the bonus challenge which was 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout, WOW, that WAS a workout. So now if feel all worked out, LOL.
