I have done all the boot camp work outs so far but today was excellent! Even though it's a repeat of days 1 & 2, I seemed to have done it a bit better today. First I did a 43 minute, 2 mile walk. I started out just waddling & plodding along but picked up the pace a bit. I went for the extra lap which made it 2 miles. YEAH ME!
Then I did the bootcamp work out for day 8 which was a repeat of day 1 and was able to get the kicks in better. Then I did the work out for day 9 which was day 2 and it was lower body AND I did the bonus challenge which was 6-Minute Hips, Glutes & Thighs Workout, WOW, that WAS a workout. So now if feel all worked out, LOL.
