Day 7 Challenge

Saturday, January 10, 2009

WOOOOOOOOOOOH, what a work out. This is the first day I have felt the workout and it was GOOD! I usually do a bit of everything in the past days videos, mixing it up but today's was the first that I didn't mix up and I did the full range of motion on all of them.
I also did the Day 6 workout that I didn't do yesterday and that is a good one. I just have trouble on my right upper arm/shoulder. I slept on it funny last night and it hurt.

I feel SO GREAT AND ENERGIZED RIGHT NOW!

Day 6 of boot camp challange

Friday, January 09, 2009

I haven't done the work out yet today but I know I will do it before I go to bed.

I am slowly getting my 8 cups of water down. My normal limit is 6 cups so I will be up at least 3 times during the night to pee so I won't get my 8 hours of sleep either.

After a while your body gets used to drinking so much water. Try to drink it in the early morning after coffee and in the early afternoon and you won't have to go at night. Hope

    Your Diet -----
For those of you who watch what you eat...
Hereís the final word on nutrition and health. Itís a relief to know the truth after all those conflicting medical studies.
1. The Japanese eat very little fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
2. The Mexicans eat a lot of fat and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
3. The Japanese drink very little red wine andsuffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans
4. The Italians drink excessive amounts of red wineand suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
5. The Germans drink a lot of beer and eat lots of sausages and fats and suffer fewer heart attacks than the Americans.
CONCLUSION: Eat and drink what you like. Speaking English is apparently what kills you.

How were your numbers for blood sugar? I know mine go down when I exercise so I suppose yours do too. Hope

Boot camp challenge day 4

Wednesday, January 07, 2009

They were easy but I know I was doing them wrong. My upper thighs were more worked than my abs. I'll have to try those again.
I did my 36 minute walk, 20:15 mile.

Saturday I have to do a 14 hour fasting blood test. I hope my numbers are down.

Challange day 3

Tuesday, January 06, 2009

I did my 32 minute walk, back to my 19 minute mile (YEAH) then did my Bootcamp day 3 workout and it was so easy! I do those exercises frequently, I did the bonus exercises too and some more crunches. I feel so much more motivated after I do my morning work out! WOO HOO!
