I am on the Pink team for the Biggest Loser Spring Challenge. Each week we have a Inter Team Challenge and this weeks is easy. - Drink at least 6 - 8 ounce glasses of water every day
BONUS - Now, if you're drinking your water as you should be, you are visiting the "restroom" fairly often. Before you leave the bathroom, perform at least one exercise before opening that door! You'll get lots of exercise minutes completed in an unexpected location, and have fun while doing it!
examples - You can do one set/10 reps of standing push ups against the wall, door or sink. Keep some weights or heavy cans in the bathroom for the week and do one set/10 reps of tricep kick backs. The demos for these and many more suggestions can be found at this link:
Today I did 1 set of 12 squats, 1 set of dumbbell rows, 1 set of 12 dumbbell single arm tricept extentions, 1 set of 12 sink pushups. Now I won't be doing these exercises at my 3, 4, & 5 am bathroom calls but this is neat and I may just make myself some sticky notes and leave them on the door in the bathroom.
