Apparently I seem to have a cycle where 1 week I am motivated, exercise, eat great and feel great then the next week I have no motivation to exercise, no motivation eat all that great and I just don't understand it. So this is my motivation week to get up and exercise, eat well and feel 1/2 way decent. I'll take what I can get lately.
