FOR THE LAST TWO WEEKS MY DIETING HAS BEEN HARD AND I DIDN'T THINK I WAS LOSING ANY WEIGHT SO I AVOIDED WEIGHING MYSELF EVERY WEEK, BUT TODAY MY MIND WAS MADE UP TO JUST DO IT AND GUESS WHAT SPARKPEOPLE ? Since this morning I have been telling myself get on the treadmill, get on the treadmill, get on the treadmill and all day long my body was saying nooooo , but finally at 6:30 Pm My mind was made up and I got myself on my treadmill for 20 minutes .I'm proud of myself .Positive thoughts will get you positive results

Will lifting weights tighten up my boobs? I need them to be firmer and I really dont want my chest looking like a body builder.I want them to blend in with the rest of my body....Please help

    Ahhh, boobs themselves are fat tissue and mammary glands. You can tighten up your "chest wall" which will help with appearance, but if your issue is "sagging" - not sure you are going to get what you are looking for - BUT what you will get is a stronger body, stronger bones, be able to burn more calories (which means at some point you will be able to eat a little more)

DO NOT give up ST just cuz it isn't a magic wand to create a 'boob job'!!

Genetics and life play a major part in all this!!

    Bench presses/chest presses with a barbell or dumbbells. will help tone and tighten the muscle while reducing fat in your chest. No you won't look like a body builder but the ladies will sit a touch higher. You'd seriously need to have next to no body fat to look like a body builder.
