THIS IS HARD,ALL THIS GOOD FOOD BEING COOKED emoticon IM NOT COOKING BECAUSE I KNOW I WILL OVER DO IT,SO IM GOING TO MY GODMOTHERS HOUSE TO EAT SAMPLES. I BELIEVE I CAN CONTROL MY PORTIONS OVER AT HER HOUSE.   It is definitely possible to stay in your calorie range if you watch your portions. You don't have to skip dessert, just don't take a big piece of it.

I stayed in my calorie range yesterday by eating a light breakfast and a light supper, and only one dessert. :-)

I had trouble the day BEFORE Thanksgiving when we went out though. LOL! Sometimes I go overboard without even realizing it. Keep up the good work. You will get there.

    make sure to take a few healthy options, and enjoy the holiday! I'm a believer that we cant deny ourselves an occasional treat, and its really hard to celebrate a holiday based on food. I mean, the meal is the star of the day! I take fat free whipped cream if I expect to have pie, and then eat a third of a piece. I also take a veggie tray. Turkey is good for you, just dont douse it in gravy. Your plan seems to be to sample rather than over indulge, and thats seems a solid plan! Its what I will be doing!

I weighed myself and it appears that I have lost a pound a week.Can you say happy ? Lol Going harder for the next six weeks.Thanks sparkpeople ....now only if I could figure out how to post pictures from my phone :(

Ugh this treadmill

Today I kept telling myself once again to get my butt on the treadmill just for ten minutes because deep inside I wanted to take a day off .well guess what happened ? I finally got my butt on my treadmill and instead of putting it on 2.5 or 2.7 I pushed it to 2.9 and walked it out for 20 minutes which got me to do a mile finally.Slowly, but surely I'm getting the weight off .Thanks everyone for the support that you give.

Feeling Great

I have been blessed to wake up another to spread the spark with such motavating people . It's been almost two weeks and im still pushing hard sticking to my goals and it feels great. Healthy eating and workingout isn't so bad after all. Last week i tried kiwi....this week i tried cottage cheese and guess what ??? I love them both. emoticon Let's see what else i can eat that's healthy emoticon

    YAY! Do you like yogurt? I have become addicted to it! I eat like 3 yogurts a day (I can't drink milk) and I love it. I have even added crushed ice and made my own smoothies from it. And it's one of those foods that is low enough in calories that you can eat it every day and then it becomes something you buy EVERY week at the grocery.

I wish you luck on your weight loss and I fully believe that if you work the program it will work for you. I have already lost 20 pounds (in 3.5 months) and am hoping to have lost at leat one more this week.

And I love to exercise now... and I have been stationary for almost 4 years!
