Feeling Great

I have been blessed to wake up another to spread the spark with such motavating people . It's been almost two weeks and im still pushing hard sticking to my goals and it feels great. Healthy eating and workingout isn't so bad after all. Last week i tried kiwi....this week i tried cottage cheese and guess what ??? I love them both. emoticon Let's see what else i can eat that's healthy emoticon

    YAY! Do you like yogurt? I have become addicted to it! I eat like 3 yogurts a day (I can't drink milk) and I love it. I have even added crushed ice and made my own smoothies from it. And it's one of those foods that is low enough in calories that you can eat it every day and then it becomes something you buy EVERY week at the grocery.

I wish you luck on your weight loss and I fully believe that if you work the program it will work for you. I have already lost 20 pounds (in 3.5 months) and am hoping to have lost at leat one more this week.

And I love to exercise now... and I have been stationary for almost 4 years!

Two Days off

Two days off from the treadmill and now I'm back at it.I should of did the whole week ,but I know that would of not been good.My eating healthy this weekend was a little rocky, but I will continue to try.May everyone continue to spread the Spark.

    Sometimes it helps to take off so you can fully recover. But I know that if I take 2 or 3 days off right now - like I want to - I may never get moving again!

Another day of healthy eating and 30 minutes of the treadmill.I was not at all in the mood for walking, but I kept saying in my head "its tine to do the treadmill" and before I knew it I was sweating it out on the treadmill.
