I started my last week in my 40's well but after the rest of my family showed up bad habits crept back in. Too much eating out, too much sugar, too much processed foods. I've gone up 5 pounds, I'm tired and I need to get back on track. On the other hand, I still weigh less than 1 year ago and I know what I need to do. I've got veggies in the garden, raspberries, blue berries, strawberries, plums, peaches, and rhubarb. I'm hoping to drop those birthday celebration pounds in the next week or so by getting back to basics.
