As the teams are being formed, during the time leading up to the official start of the challenge, visit the Community team often and participate in the activities posted by the Challenge Leaders.
I checked out all the teams before choosing mine - I just like the name Underdogs!
Anyone from Brooklyn would relate to that due to the baseball team - the Mets, the original underdogs, lol.
We "race" to various locations by counting up our fitness minutes - there is a maximum of 120 minutes daily. Then there is a secondary daily challenge that changes from week to week.
I got below 120 again by doing this challenge - and I had fun doing it! When you know that your fitness minutes help your team to reach the new location first - it keeps you hopping!

Go to your Start Page and click on "email preferences" - on this new page, scroll down to reset articles - and you will now see 3 reset buttons! You can reset the articles, quizzes and A-Z Health Topics! This is not resetting your account - you don't want to do that because you will lose everything! This is just in resetting your articles!
For us "old-timers" - we run out of articles all the time - can't be a SP member for 3+ years and still have new articles, lol. I don't know when they added the quizzes and A-Z since I do this about every 6 months or so.
