Dad still in hospital but doing great! Weak as a kitten but cranky as an old goat!

Had to have a "late snack" before bedtime - my calories were only 1000 and I know that was too low - so I had an english muffin with a smear of PB to make up the difference. Still a great Calorie Deficit!

Yes, the Exercise number is the calories burned for the day through brisk walking. I aim for 350-400 daily but sometimes I don't make it.

Had to take Pop to the ER - but a few sugar-free candies held me for 4 hours and Praise the Lord I didn't get hungry before my sister came and relieved me! Came home and finished my Fried Steak and Fried Green Tomatoes from the other day. I always have to guesstimate on fried items but I did add the oil and cornmeal to my tracker! Down 2/10ths today so I did a pretty decent guesstimate!
Had 4 fresh cucumbers from the garden - our first of the season! OMG! Can you say delicious?! Ray picks them small for me and I devoured them whole!

On to Day 5 now - I will show a loss for the week! WooHoo!! I could be down 2 lbs when all is done on Saturday! Keeping fingers crossed - but will take any loss as a win!!

My walking buddy had a doctor's appt so no morning walk - but I had to rack up 120 fitness minutes - do I dug out a WATP and managed to get my 120 minutes and burn a few more calories too! Tuesday was a win-win day!!

Another blog for my Spring Challenge

I know - daily blogs - I really do prefer to blog on a weekly basis, but I gotta help my team and daily blogging is this week's challenge. I'm a stay-at-home-wife so I can't say no time to blog.

So - my first weekend was a bit rough - I was over on my range both Saturday and Sunday but the weekend is over and I am "good to go" for it! Praise the Lord, I barely stayed with range of calories burned according to the SP Reports.

The good news is I managed to get full exercise and blogging points for my team!

    Although I know every morsel we put in our mouths counts, it was a rough weekend for many of us. Too much family eating because of Mother's Day. Back on track today!

Getting in your exercise should offset that overeating.

    Something must be in the air. I had a craving for an Angus burger yesterday and even without any mayo, it was over 400 cal. Hate to say it, but it was good so I must have need the protein and iron. I'm always low on my protein at the end of the day and as a hypoglycemic, that's bad.

You WILL get back on track as will I. This is a new week and we're determined!!
