Day 4 down, 52 to go (in the 5% spring challenge)!
My walking buddy had a doctor's appt so no morning walk - but I had to rack up 120 fitness minutes - do I dug out a WATP and managed to get my 120 minutes and burn a few more calories too! Tuesday was a win-win day!!
