I used up all my weight range :(
3-5 pounds... up to 120 :(
... but my skinny jeans still fit :^)
Tomorrow is a new month and I am back to basics and getting the extra few pounds off again :^)
January was one tough month! With all the cold and rainy weather, walks outdoors were limited for me and I was just too lazy to use my WATP.
This must end - I did a WATP yesterday and I am determined to use my other videos as well. I was given a Bikini and I will be having my picture taken in it!

My "Ideal Weight" is 117 but I went down to 115 because it is such a nice round number!
Sadly, I then thought about 114 - hence I now refer to 117 as my ideal weight - 3 lbs over @ 120 - but 5 lbs over 115. Funny how I just can't let 115 go! But anywhere around 117 is awesome and anything under 120 is extraordinary!
The rumors are correct - we can obsess over numbers on the scale.
