Hey Linda---I always check this chart when I need to see how I'm eating or if I got in enough exercise!---It's an INVALUABLE tool!! Sparks does have amazing tools for you to use if you wish. I don't think a lot of people use this site to its full potential. A lot of thought went into it. Its just wonderful!! I have tiny veins. The people at the Blood Bank have been "playing games" with me this year.
I said to myself, "self, get a life!"
So I am going for the 117 again! I know I can do it.
