Its been 2 weeks since I lost any weight. I had been staying in my limits most of the time and I was excising the right amount or more, but I was staying the same weight. I was getting a little disappointed and discouraged.
Today I lost 1 pound. Not much of a lost but enough to give me back hope. I feel so much better.
I know that eating better is more important than losing weight, but losing feels soooooo much better, then staying the same or gaining weight.
