There is something about it being Wednesday that I just love. We 're getting into the homestretch of being the weekend!
So far this week I'm right on track with exercise and eating! And I'm feeling great about it.
This weekend I'm away to Prince Edward Island for a hockey tournament, so it'll be a challenge to keep on track, but I feel like I can do it!!
So today my goals are to stay in my calorie range, run 3km, and drink all my water!! I CAN DO IT!!
