Slow week

This has been a slow week for me as I started out sick this week. I was sick two days didn't meet calories those days and certainly didn't exercise. Yesterday I screwed up a bit and had almost 100 calories too much and fried food. But I did get 30 minutes of walking yesterday and so far 25 minutes of walking today. Hopefully I'll fit in a few minutes of exercise before bed after cleaning a bit.

So tonight I went down to the complex's gym and spent 20 minutes on the stationary bike which was for some reason actually harder tonight. Then I can home, rested for 20 minutes and then danced to 80's music for half an hour. I felt a little silly at first but it was fun! Thinking about signing up for a pilates class or something since I'm quite lacking in strength training. Unlikely I will do anything exercise wise tomorrow as I have a dentist appointment.

Yay! I made my second day of exercising for 30 minutes. I'm thinking I might stretch before I go to bed as well, but that may be a bit later than today by Spark's numbers. I'm just proud I made myself exercise even when I didn't want to!

Yesterday was a really bad day as far as my goals are concerned. I only made 8 SPs. I think I may have picked the wrong week to start an exercise program. I did good on Saturday 30 minutes of exercise, 15 minutes on Sunday then yesterday just fizzled. Of course the weather didn't help either. I guess I need to get an exercise DVD so I can have something to do when it's cold and wet and I don't want to go down to the gym. Suggestions for a fun DVD are appreciated.

  


First day

I've made today the first day of my real exercise attempts. I wanted to go to the little lake near me, but there was too much threat of rain when I went out. I instead went and rode the stationary bikes at my complex's gym for 30 minutes. I made it longer than I had expected to on my first day.
