Today I woke up at 4:30 for no apparent reason, but since I was up I decided to do a beginners workout. It burned and made me feel really REALLY good about myself. Then I went back to sleep. hehe
Lunch was really good. Didn't overeat and had some homemade pico de gallo with a turkey sandwich. Found out we no longer have Veria (the healthy living channel FYI) and so glad I can do yoga using this site's videos.
I'm aiming for a longer stronger workout tomorrow and to just continue going up from there. :)
