The third week of "Dace Your Way To Weight Loss" and boy do I see why it is titled that. The class is an hour long and you are moving for 50 minutes of it. We learn sections at a time and then put the sections together. I do alright with the first half of class, but then this old body starts wondering if I'll make it. My feet get a little "toe tied", you know like tongue tied. I'm determined and I keep moving even if I screw up.
Every week the dance is a different one and this week's was "Tribal and Bollywood". I really enjoyed the tribal part and it worked many parts of the body - abs, arms, legs. I would highly recommend a class like this to mix up your workouts. I may have to sign up for the next session too.
