Have you decided to put more effort into changing your lifestyle. We are coming up on a couple of tough months and I for one will make it through these months healthier. There is no waiting until the New Year - We made a commitment last year when we joined Spark People and I hope you are sticking with that commitment.
Are you taking advantage of the resources available like the Nutrition & Fitness Tracker? They are a great source for keeping you with your calorie range and meeting your fitness goals. There are also great articles in the Resource Center with many different topics for nutrition, fitness, motivation and wellness.
Message Boards can give a great source of motivation too. You can get to know so many wonderful people, join in challenges to help stay accountable and get support when you need it.
I personally join challenges to keep me accountable on my journey. I would love to know what would help you on yours.
