I am a newsletter editor and treasurer for a non profit organization and we have quarterly committee meetings. One member likes to have a dinner meeting at her house. When she and her husband prepare a meal for the committee members they go all out. They are fantastic entertainers.
All I can say is that my meal was much more than I should have had. I did choose small amounts, but there were too many options to choose from. I also had the blueberry pie with fresh cream and ice cream for dessert.
I am over my calories for the day, but I enjoyed every bite. Today is Thankful Thursday and I am Thankful they only do that once every year.

I WILL not let anything stand in my way of accomplishing this goal!
