As is typical in my journey, I have joined a couple of challenges. I have set goals for weight loss, inches loss, and fitness minutes for our Class Team. I had posted a thread for fitness minutes and other members asked for weight and inches threads. I also would love to get their feedback on their journey at the six month mark, which is in the middle of this month. Taking on leadership of this team has been challenging and fun. If anyone wants to jump in with me, please let me know.
For my Positive Vibes Team I have a month of blogging, tracking, poems, salad, sacrifices, smiles and other fun stuff. This will keep my busy!
This weekend was just what I needed and today is ending with a little rain, some soft music, and me creating the newsletter I have to get off to the printers this week. Iím feeling relaxed and enjoying the end of my weekend.
I hope you all set some goals for August and kick the month off right!
