This week has been a bust as far as the running goes. Did the arobic exercising, the stretching, but no running. Have been busy painting and spring cleaning.
Is that an excuse, I think so, I started off gang busters. I ignored the advise to run every other day and to only do it for 20 minutes, since I'm just starting to train. I thought I knew more than people who have been doing this forever, not just starting 2 weeks ago. And look where it has gotten me. Tired, sore and skipping days.
Well, it's over. Starting Monday, I doing it by the book. No more, No less
