Getting started

My cigarette quit is into 31 days now. I was overweight before I quit and after my quit I really wanted to get more healthy. Not just lose weight but eat smarter, exercise and change my view of who I am.

So, I took stock of where I am and where I want to be in 2 years. I want to be more active, more outgoing, and feel like I have accomplished something. I quess give myself a boost.


Someone at the Quitnet site mentioned this site to me in a post. I thought I would take a look. I am so glad I did. It has helped me in just 5 days to realize a plan of attach for losing weight, strengthing my body, mind and soul.

This will be my mantra:

Learn to sit, learn to crawl, learn to walk, and finally learn to run.
