Alright been a pretty busy day. I actually found out I've lost 2 pounds. I proud but I know I'm simply maintaining my weight. I've decided to start working out in the mornings instead of coming home and trying to push myself to do something. I've read this in many articles but when I work out in the mornings I tend to be in a better mood and I tend to be more productive. I'm going to tackle this and see how it works out for me. Wish me luck guys..
