I overate at supper last night. At that one meal, I had enough calories for a whole day of food. Do I regret it? Not really. When I finished eating, I was full-just full, not stuffed-and content. It's been a while since I've been both of those. If I ate like this every day or even every week, it would be a major problem. Since this is a rare occurrence, I am not feeling guilty. I am back on track today. While I enjoyed the food yesterday (as well as the feelings that came with it), I really don't want to eat like that on a regular basis. The key phrase in this blog is I am back on track today.
