Wow how time can slip away from you. It's been awhile since I wrote. Im still doing well!! I am down from 170 to 166.8 and I am very happy about this.
I have been making some very little changes along with some very big ones. I have been drinking more water. I am alot more active. I dont just come home and sit and watch tv. My daughter and I walk at night or some other type of activity.
Last night I washed my car. Also cleaned the interior. It was hot and I sweat like crazy. Daughter also cleaned her car and I helped her when my car was done. That was at least an hour of exericse.
Thank you Joy!! Having you as a buddy is really helping. Healthier lunches have made a big difference. We can do this!!
I am focusing on me and what works for me in my life and what changes need to be made to be the person I want to be. Im feeling very positive these days!!

Yesterday was a crazy, hectic day at work. Lots to do and not enough time to do it.
I did all my goals yesterday except:
didn't drink any water
didn't walk yesterday
Need to plan my days better so that when they get crazy and hectic I have a plan.
I did eat healthy though so that is good as I usually dont eat or i grab some junk.
Overall Im going to say I did pretty good.
Todays Goals
Healthy breakfast and lunch
Walk after work
Tell myself that I am worth it, at every meal

Still focus, seems to help if i put my plan for the day done in writing so I guess this is where I will do it.
I was able to complete all my goals except one,
Didnt get in as much water as I had planned.
I did talk to my daughter about exercising with me and she will, as a matter of fact we went for a 30min walk last night!!
Make up on ( doing this until it becomes a habit)
Healthy breakfast
Take a healthy lunch
Drink 3 glasses of water ( extra to make up for yesterday)
Walk after work for 30 mins
Tell myself at every meal that I can do this, that I want to be healty!!

Yesterday, I stayed focused. I met all my goals from yesterday except ... I didnt see my daughter to ask her to exercise with me. I didnt plan last night for today but I am planning now. I have been in contact with a spark buddy and hope we can get together soon to walk.
Today's goals
Where make-up today (putting my best foot forward)
Eat a healthy breakfast
Take a healthy lunch
Walk after work
Drink 2 glassess of water
Stay focused on my goal!!!

Yesterday was tough because I weighed in at the highest ever. I know that to change that I need to stay focused and make some lifetime changes and be patient. Focus on what I can change. this is not a moment in time this is a journey.

Today I reinvent myself. I'm not the person I want to be. I'm not talking about just weight loss, though that will be the most difficult transformation.
I am 45 cant change that. I will start first with realizing what I can and cannot change. Can't change my age or my height. The rest I can!
The person I want to be is healthy, outgoing, laughs alot, has lots of friends and family around. I want to be successful in my career. I want to travel, continue school, live by the beach, always drive a convertible. I want a simple life, people being the focus not stuff!
Day 1 Goal
Get organized at work, check in with every employee with week
Put make-up on, dress for success
Eat a healthy breakfast
take a healthy lunch
Go for a 15 min walk today
Drink at least 2 glasses of water today
Spend time after work to plan for tomorrow.
Ask daughter to exercise with me after work two nights a week
Meet a spark buddy for support and encouragement
