Never done the BLOG thing before. Thought I would give it a try.
Feeling a little needy and a little out of control. I sometimes like to vent.... or is that spew....LOL....? Venting is supposed to get things off your chest (and stop you from obsessing on them). Letting things out is supposed to make you feel better, right?
Well, along with healthy living in the form of eating right and exercising, which is the reason that we are all here..... I am gonna take this opportunity provided by the wonderful folks @ SparkPeople to see if blogging will help with the venting aspect of healthy living. Wonder if venting/talking out loud is the same verbally as it is typing here? Let's find out!

Okay, I will try to keep the negatives to a minimum but stuff happens. Such is life. It disturbs me that so many people sugar coat the realities. (HA ha!... and you thought it was only sugar in your diet that caused problems.... tehehe.) My plan is to keep it real. Hope that does not offend the masses. Even I have days that for whatever reason, the sun shines brightly and all is right in the world. Just know that I REFUSE to put on an act in this Blog for those other days. I know that I am an emotional (and hormonal) eater. Wish things were more black and white at times, but you have to play the cards you are dealt.
I will pass along the good, the bad, and even the ugly. I also love quotes, so I am going to trying to throw some of those in as well. It gives me a kick to read others' blogs so I hope I will eventually do the same for whoever might stumble across these entries.
