It really is encouraging to be around people that been where I been. It helps to see people who have moved obstacles to accomplish something important to them.
Even if it's via modern technology emoticon
"I'm not physically surrounded by people with the same fitness quest as I" has been one of the many excused not to work out. Today I reminded myself how I had no trouble what so ever eating that pizza all by myself for lunch this afternoon. So tonight I worked out emoticon I luv SP!!

Great job owning up! I think you are fantastic for admitting and conquering weakness. After all, we all have them!

It has been a rough couple of months. There have been many changes in my life, I've started a brand new job, and nursing school has been straight driving me insane =( However, I am an overcomer!!

My weight loss journey has been a uphill battle. I've gained some. I've lost some. Then I'd gain some more =(

Well I'm back. This time around I'm considering using all the resources available to me. One inch at a time, I will make it over this mountain.

Great attitude! I know i get so frustrated going up and down in weight, but your body is just shifting its weight around. You just have to take it one day at a time. Congrats and good luck on your journey and with your new job!! =)

You right, you WILL make it over this mountain! Good for you coming back. Do use the resources here. I fell off the wagon last year and gained everything back that I'd worked so hard to lose. We can do this! Let me know if you need anything.
Hugs, Kim

You can do it! Just take baby steps...if you take too much at one time, you will have trouble keeping going. Take a week and work on one area (exercise, water, diet, etc) and then the next week work on something else. Just a suggestion...
