Swelly belly has taken over my life this week. *pokes*
I've been slowly amping up the carbs (made it to like 268g today!) and with only a few issues with dumping and the usual swelling, it's been nice. Not nice enough to go to kickboxing class yesterday night - I still felt weak and rubbery - but I think that next week I'll have something worked out to make it happen. Or else I'll just have to wait for the end of March when I don't have spinning class right before.
Trying not to panic and be upset over the swelling up; other than the discomfort, I know it's normal and it is almost subsided, but ick ick ick. It pulls and makes my upper chest look skeletal and my legs blobby and just ick. It will go away, it's going away, it will be gone soon, I am doing this for my health, it will work, it will work and if it doesn't it will be okay and I can change something else.
Whatever keeps me sane, yeah?
