It's in the lower 40s today, so I'm going running on my lunch break! Woo!
Also, I got my blood test results back. Woo!
Triglycerides - 59 (optimal range below 150)
Cholesterol - 148 (optimal range below 160)
HDL (good stuff) - 71 (optimal range above 60)
LDL (bad stuff) - 65 (optimal range below 100)
*does happy Snoopy dance* I'm not just normal, I'm "optimal"!
CBC and thyroid tests came back within normal ranges. My vitamin D and iron are low, and the doctor wants me to take supplements for those.

He didn't order a Ha1c test, though. Not that I think I'm not doing well, but I like to have the number to know...just to know, you know?
