I have returned!

Gosh, I've been away for over two months. I have been rather unhealthy in that time. I have eaten lots of Doritos. I have not done my plank exercises. My tummy is flabby. I have zits on my jawline. I'm feeling quite cheery today though. This past week has been rather healthy, as I've been working nearly every day, and walking four miles to work. I am now obliged to be extremely organised in the next seven days, as I have two Open University assignments to do. Let's see how it goes. Today, so far, I have consumed: a yogurt drink, a banana, a pear, green tea, two Irish potato farls with Jarlsberg cheese, smoked salmon and cucumber. I couldn't be arsed to do the nutrition counter.

I have decided to detox myself from all those naughty sweets and crisps I've been eating. This week I am just eating raw food. I await a nice positive effect on my weight, my skin, and my emotional wellbeing.

Well, the plank exercise is interesting. It makes me pull in my tummy more, so it goes all flat.

I used to have a flat tummy all the time. But lately it is a little pudgy. I am not sure whether that is a good thing or a bad thing - I always remember the Mr Men books - how proud was Mr Skinny when he finally managed to acquire a tummy! But alas, I am not liking the bingo wings I am developing. Time to stop eating sweets, crisps and Bombay Mix, alas!

The plank exercise

Gosh. My osteopath told me to do the plank exercise to strengthen my back, as I'm hypermobile.

It is bloody difficult! I can't hold it very long. I turn purple and start shaking!

Lazy day

Today I am having a lazy day. I am doing no exercises at all, because I decided it would be my day off. I am also too lazy to earn points today. I have 9 points so far, and this blog entry will make it 10. That is a nice round number. I might leave it at that. Or I suppose I might input my food and make it 15.
