Half way through...Friday, August 27, 2010
We are half way through the 9 day challenge. Counting today we have five days of August left. This challenge to push ourselves with exercise has really helped me to get moving again. A lot of Sparkfriends have joined me in this fun challenge. I have been on my stationary bike, on the golf course, on a wii dance mat in the living room, and walked in the Walmart store. I look forward to the next five days to see what else I can do to burn those calories. ![]()

Here it is, August 31st. I have done rather well with all the maintenance we have been doing on the yard and house. Painting, trimming hedges, digging.... What a great workout and the end result of all this work is also very rewarding.

I've made it 60 minutes of intervals on the treadmill each day (Not running but changing incline and walking speeds) Sweat city! And I feel good when it's done each day. But I'm not LIKING it much.... but I'm MAKING myself do it, thanks to you...maybe when I weigh, I will have blasted through that plateau I've been on, and my attitude will change... oh well, no matter Only four more days to go after today! I'm not able to do the 60 min per day but I would love to join the challenge with modification. I will commit to the following for my challenge: Stretching every day Stationary bike or walking 15 min Toning exercises Let's share what our personal challenge is for this wk and how we are doing each wk.
