We are half way through the 9 day challenge. Counting today we have five days of August left. This challenge to push ourselves with exercise has really helped me to get moving again. A lot of Sparkfriends have joined me in this fun challenge. I have been on my stationary bike, on the golf course, on a wii dance mat in the living room, and walked in the Walmart store. I look forward to the next five days to see what else I can do to burn those calories.
It's not too late to join us. If you are reading this challenge for the first time, this can be a 5 day challenge for you. Just post what you will do for the next 5 days to get some extra exercise and finish August with a bang.
