Had my yearly physical today and my Cholesterol dropped 19 points and my BP is staying low, so my medication dosage was cut in half. Woohoo!

    Awesome news! My cholesterol is borderline high. I am hoping that with weight loss and eating better, it will go down. Did you change your diet a lot?

who just found out she has a highly aggressive breast cancer. Prayers for the doctors, for you, for your support system. This happens every day to people all over the world and it has just hit a little closer to home, for me. I admire all of those who keep pushing on through adversity!

Week 13 Completed

So I lost .5 pounds this week, which is better than gaining! Today is measure day and I have lost 2.5 inches from my chest, 1.5 inches from my waist since Jan. I'll take it!

So now for my next goal. I'd like to lose the rest of my weight, which is about 11 pounds by July 19th, which is my 1 year wedding anniversary!


This week's workout schedule!

Sunday - Cardio Party (although I might have to hike today!)

Monday - 20 Min Turbo Jam

Wednesday - Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam

    Wow, the inches you are losing, that is impressive! What you are doing is paying off! Since you are so close to your goal the weight part will happen slowly so mid-July seems like a great target.

Week 12

Not too happy with myself this week as I gained, but I was really lax with my diet toward the end of the week. Plus I didn't work out as hard as I wanted as I fought a headache for 2 days. So going to pick myself up, and start over again today.

Sunday: Cardio Party

Monday: Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam

Tuesday: Cardio Party

Thursday: TJ 20/Ab Jam

    Don't be hard on yourself, we all have some bad days/weeks, and it is about impossible to work out with a headache! You always are so good about planning your exercise and you are committed to it so there is no doubt that you will do great this week!
