Week 13 Completed

So I lost .5 pounds this week, which is better than gaining! Today is measure day and I have lost 2.5 inches from my chest, 1.5 inches from my waist since Jan. I'll take it!

So now for my next goal. I'd like to lose the rest of my weight, which is about 11 pounds by July 19th, which is my 1 year wedding anniversary!

This week's workout schedule!

Sunday - Cardio Party (although I might have to hike today!)

Monday - 20 Min Turbo Jam

Wednesday - Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam

Thursday - Cardio Party

    Wow, the inches you are losing, that is impressive! What you are doing is paying off! Since you are so close to your goal the weight part will happen slowly so mid-July seems like a great target.

Not too happy with myself this week as I gained, but I was really lax with my diet toward the end of the week. Plus I didn't work out as hard as I wanted as I fought a headache for 2 days. So going to pick myself up, and start over again today.

Sunday: Cardio Party

Monday: Turbo Sculpt/Ab Jam

Tuesday: Cardio Party

Thursday: TJ 20/Ab Jam

Saturday: Stretch

    Don't be hard on yourself, we all have some bad days/weeks, and it is about impossible to work out with a headache! You always are so good about planning your exercise and you are committed to it so there is no doubt that you will do great this week!

Lost 1.3 pounds this week! Managed to do all my workouts, although I switched walking 2 miles for a DVD. Here's the schedule for this coming week.

Sunday: 20 Min Turbo Jam, Stretch 10

Monday: Burn It Up

Tuesday: 20 Min TJ, Ab Jam

Thursday: Burn It Up

Saturday: Stretch 10

And I hit 10 pounds lost! Finally! I did all my workouts, minus a stretch, but added in an hour of hiking yesterday because it was so nice outside!
