Week 11 Under my Belt

Lost 1.3 pounds this week! Managed to do all my workouts, although I switched walking 2 miles for a DVD. Here's the schedule for this coming week.

Sunday: 20 Min Turbo Jam, Stretch 10

Monday: Burn It Up

Tuesday: 20 Min TJ, Ab Jam

Thursday: Burn It Up

Saturday: Stretch 10

And I hit 10 pounds lost! Finally! I did all my workouts, minus a stretch, but added in an hour of hiking yesterday because it was so nice outside!

I did well with my workouts- did an extra one on Monday! I lost 1.6 pounds this week- yay me! I've made great food choices when I went out twice for lunch and once for dinner. I've almost made it to 10 pounds!
