It is Day 26 of my 30 Day Challenge and I'm in my second round of 21 Day Fix. As of last Sunday when I weighed, I had lost 3.3 pounds, which is great. I bought the Ab Fix and Barre Fix workouts and they are sure tough, but I threw those into the mix this week. When my challenge is over, I plan on completing the 21 days of this program, and from there, not sure what workout plan I will do.
What I love about this program is that it is only 30 minutes and there are alot of exercises crammed into those 30 minutes. The other thing I love is the variation of workouts. You do everything: cardio, pilates, yoga, weights.
So I'm excited to be almost done, but I hope to continue with my weight loss and getting in shape.
