Jumpstart Exercise Challenge Day 13 and 14 (and summary of week two)

For the last couple of days here is what I did:

Monday- Day 13
- 30 minutes of housework

Tuesday- Day 14
- 30 minutes of housework
- videos for day 13 and 14
- almost halfway of a cardio kickboxing workout video

This week for the challenge I misread what I was supposed to do. Instead of having to do just one bonus video, I was supposed to do so today I tried to catch up on videos. I did the videos for both today and yesterday, but almost halfway through the kickboxing video I felt like I was overworking myself and I felt like I was going to cry so I just stopped working out and just decided to give up and just end week 2 of the challenge. :( For this week I did most of the videos and did cardio five times this week though.

So I guess I am officially halfway through the challenge.

For this week the directions for the challenge said to add an extra 10 minutes of cardio. About most of the five days, I did housework for more than thirty minutes but I only track 30 minutes of the housework that I do. Each day that I do housework, I don't really know how much housework I do so I just tracked 30 minutes.

This week it says to add another 10 minutes of cardio. I think that I might end up having all 50 minutes of cardio covered for each of the five days covered. Who knows if I will or not though. I am going to try to keep up with the videos this week as well. I hope everything goes according to plan.

  


Jumpstart Exercise Challenge Day 12

Here is what I did for day 12 of the challenge:

- Videos for day 10, 11, and 12
- Gardening for about an hour

For exercising, today seemed easier than when I did the video's last week.

For this week of the challenge I still haven't chosen a bonus video to do for the week. Today I felt like I wanted to do yoga but none of the videos interested me so I just decided to not do yoga. Sometime before the week is over, I will just choose one and do it.

  


Jumpstart Exercise Challenge Day 10 and 11

Here is what I did for the last couple of days:

Friday (Day 10) -
- 15 minute walk
- Housework (not sure how many minutes)
- didn't do video

Saturday (Day 11) -
- 30 minutes of housework

Yesterday I wasn't really feeling well. Today I will be doing 30 minutes of cardio. I will also do the videos for days 10, 11, and 12 if I can.

Jumpstart Exercise Challenge Day 9

Today for day nine, I went for a walk for a little over 30 minutes. Then late in the evening, I went and followed exercises for day nine.

I ended up not doing crunches and pushups. I have decided to not add them to the exercising that I do everyday.

Sometime this weekend, I am going to do a second video on one day. The instructions for the challenge said to choose a bonus video to keep things fresh or something along the lines. I am not really sure what I am going to do yet though. :)

Jumpstart Exercise Challenge Day 8

Here is what I did today for the challenge:

Wednesday - Day 8
- Videos for day 6,7, and 8

Today I also did some housecleaning but didn't count it since I didn't have to do cardio today.

I am also officially caught up on video's for the challenge (hopefully I don't fall behind again).

Tomorrow is going to be a busy day. I am probably going to end up working out in the evening again (which is a part of the day that I like working out in). :) For tomorrow, I am going to be doing cardio and following an exercise video for the challenge on day 9.
