Let me start by saying that I lost a pound this week and the way things have been going between work and sick kids and not eating right that is the best news I have heard all week. I have decided that although I have strength training and cardio scheduled for Mon, Wed, and Fri if I miss doing it on any of those days I could still do it on any of the other four days left in the week and I would still have completed my goals for the week. Just because I missed my scheduled days does not mean I have failed for the week if I get it done on the other four days. It has taken me sometime to figure this out and not feel bad or like a failure for not completing it on those days. Going to grab the kids and take them for a walk today maybe even the park and make my 2 yr old happy. Nothing makes the 8 month old happy right now she is teething.
