...life changing moment where everything comes together. Every one has one. I know what I have to do but I don't do regularly. Exercise is more of a chore than an enjoyment most days. I need a schedule of what I am doing and when. Maybe that will help. I don't know maybe this is just one of those days.

    I always have a schedule for exercising. I go at 430 am otherwise there is always an excuse not to go. I also am taking a bodypump class which I found fun, hard but fun. Don't get down, we all have days like that!

    Yes, I need that too. I schedule exercise in like I would any committment and also switch up my exercise routine often so I don't get bored. I just did that this week and it's working well so far. Good luck!

...to do a lot of things yesterday from tracking food eaten the last two days as well as logging in. I guess I will start again today and keep a food diary so that I can track it more easily. I will also keep an exercise journal to make tracking a lot easier. My memory sucks an on a positive note I can see it when I don't have time to put it on the computer. very disappointed. emoticon

    You can go back days on the tracker. Just put in all you can remember for the past two days and move forward. Good luck to you:)

celebrating son turning 16...

.. my oldest boy Richard turns 16 today. I'm am old. I sprained my ankle and can barely walk and puts a hold my exercise routine today. I hope it feels better tomorrow. I can do the mini challenge and anyday for my bootcamp that is not cardio. This means that I will be behind on walking my miles. emoticon

Lost 0.8 pounds...

...today it is a lost not great but I will take any lost at all. I haven't been as diligent with my food intake as I could have been for the last little while. The weight lost is totally a fluke this week and all the exercising that I have been doing. I know that if I had track what I ate or cared a little bit more about what I ate the weight lost would have been more. Try for a better week next week.

    muscle weighs more than fat soo if you are exercising alot than you may be losing more inches rather than weight, but its better than a gain i take any drop in weight, congrats!!!

having minor problems finding enough room to do boot camp. Walls are not in the right place so that I can see the computer screen so that I know what I am doing. Enjoying boot camp so far.
