I am on a terrible roller coaster!! If I wish to lose weight and keep it of,f I need to exercise(hard exercise) for at least one hour every single day and watch what I eat. Ok, I know what and how to do it, but do I really want to have to do it for the rest of my life? Since I weighed 175 in high school I am close to that weight now, but as for current BMI I am classified obese. I ideally would like to weigh 125-135 (correct BMI weight), but will it ever happen? So only time will tell if I will ever get to my ideal weight and still be healthy? Or will I need to get very ill like with cancer to get to my correct weight?
At this time I am not sure which it will be-get off the roller coaster or just stay on it.
