Sooo on V-day at the massage we were getting (we were just "dating" at the time) it was made official that this hottie with a body made me his girlfriend. Yeah, this is all the more reason to bust my buns to the max at the gym. I am so lucky...look at him! Haha what a bod.

Ok...done bragging now.

Still keeping my weight off and posted new pictures of my improved physique. :):)

I got rid of the trainer, total creeper. He was super good looking and thought that I would date him but newsflash! I don't date idiots no matter how good you look. He was being extra touchy for the past week and a half so I told him to get lost and I took everything he taught me with me, lol. Men are so dumb.

I've been doing really well. Drinking lots of water and doing protein shakes too. I'm eating even better now and seeing results. It's really motivating.

I lost 5 lbs in the last two weeks how crazy is that?

I've been doing two protein shakes a day, doing 1,200 cals a day and working out 6 days a week for 2 hours a pop with my trainer -- I feel absolutely amazing!

I need to go shopping some of my clothes are not fitting! I'm soooo happy right now this has boosted my confidence level to unknown heights. I feel like a sexy mama! lol ; )

    Wow - that's great. Are you going to keep working out for two hours a day? Or is it just to get you revved up. I loooove shopping after losing weight. It's so much more fun!

    Good for you!, Sexy Mama!!! Keep up the good work!

I wish I could get a trainer. But, I use my videos and treadmill and started my 2 a-days. 2 hours in the morning and 2 hours in the evening. I lost 1 1/2 lbs in 2 days.

At the gym last night working out with my trainer, I looked at my arms in the mirror and saw some major definition! Yesss, one step closer to Madonna arms. This super hard work & pain has been totally worth it!

And, I got my first tub (yes, it's a TUB haha) of protein powder! I think it'll be exactly what I need to get that extra definition I'm looking for.

I got on the scale today and I lost two pounds! I haven't even been trying to lose weight, I've just been trying to gain muscle and stuff! I haven't lost weight in what seems like years! I know it's only two pounds but for me, that's huge, lol! Just thought I'd share that with everyone. :)

    Yeah for you! I think 2 pounds is awesome!!! And the thing is, if you lost two pounds and you are strengthening, then you actually probably lost a little more than 2 pounds of fat and gained some weight in muscle. Congratualations! You must be working very hard.
