I'm on my second week of my lifestyle change. I lost 13lbs the first week and hope to keep it up this week by loosing 10lbs. I have been more focused this week on the food intake and the exercise.
I'm disappointed with my area not having any good long distance trails. The longest I can find is the nature trail at LBW which is 1.8 miles long. No wonder 40% obesity rate in Alabama. Nobody has put forth the effort to create the bike trails or walking trails. We don't even have that many side walks in the city.
