I'm a "tad" behind on my blog entry's, but I will get caught up.
My first week goals were;
My Weekly Calorie Intake was close to target, but still over. I will need to pay closer attention to the food I eat to make sure I'm not overeating and taking in empty calories.
Fitness Minutes Goal 300 mins/Actual 312 mins
Calorie Burn Goal 1510 cal/Actual Calorie Burn 1531
I lost a total of 2 lbs for the week.
All in all, it wasn't a bad week, and I'll give it my best shot for Week 2!
