Hey everyone, I have been away for a while and now I am getting back to my everyday schedule. I will be participating with all the Holiday events but, no matter the cause I will try to stay with the program here with Sparkspeople. I feel, if your good articles of interest are right at hand, stay with them. I will also be changing up on my aerobics routine quite a bit and will also try some yoga [participation] because of all the great article information! I know we have to keep up as best as we can so, I will do the same.
My Holiday's are and will be filled with great anticipation and with the starting October Fest, which is a variety of things and in different categories, if I might add, nothing but smiles and happy thoughts here for the up coming Holidays and I will also continue to look for new ideas for the year! SOOOOOooo! October is here and so are the starting Holidays. Lots of prayers!

Loosing pounds! That's a great way to notice what have lost! And be excited about, it! I have been feeling so much better about myself seen this weight lost and it can't be mistaken because my bigger clothes are getting bigger! I hope, it's not going to be a cruel joke for Thanksgiving! Saying that, I will pray especially to avoid over eating for the holidays, If you know what I mean, this is one way to start on my low-fat recipe hunt! So, we all know where I will be for Thanksgiving, the "Low Fat" isle, next to the, " Fat Free Turkey", ok! That's right, i'm not BUSTING out all this effort, i'm going for "0"grams this time! If possible, I'm sure my plans might change but the will power is reassuring, so no fat jokes are allowed after the holidays or rather during the holidays actually, being safe than sorry is always the best thing for the up coming holiday events, over here on the southern side of things, anyway! Slimming down, Spark friends! Slimming down!

I was just thinking about some appointments I need to keep, a quick reminder of everyday events are a must when certain appointments have to be kept, I need to stay with my appointments when they are given. I should not let anything come before them at the time of their importance because I SHOULD NOT put myself last, at all. Other situations can cause you to think or feel like an unimportant factor of the day and I have learned this in a most intolerable way. I know now, that I am worth everything in my life because my life should always matter and I should come first where I'm concerned. I should not let other obstacles in the way when my health is a concern, no matter if the appointment is considered a check up or of other important concerns.
Today, a starting point as like every day after today for a better way of living and a better and healthier life;Which one would you choose? If you don't take care of yourself the worst of the matter will be the only thing left so I would rather be the better and the most important factor(s) in my life, because this is who I am and I have a obligation to myself and will always be the most important factor of all factors in my life and about my life. I know I am not wrongfully thinking but right in putting myself first instead of putting myself last, and my health on hold for anything other than, me.

I think I did more than intended, concerning my exercises today. I feel better today and more energetic so, I took my limit further than usual and glad I did! I have made extra efforts with my exercising and they are starting to work off my weight and with my strengthening workout, as well! I guess maybe I had a little extra weight here and there that I didn't recognized and it is slowly but surly, trimming away! I will have to make extra efforts now for the Thanksgiving holiday, not far away I might add and with recipes all around for Christmas time, I will have to make a few changes for dinner, turkey or ham dinner. No matter what, I still need to stay on track and not give into a lounging around day, that's how I got behind to begin with and the weight stayed right where I didn't want it to stay! Low fat pies and cake will have to do and the turkey can be 98% fat free, too! So I will have to stay fit from now on as much as possible and eat healthier. Low fat food recipes do not sound so bad when you feel great about yourself, you can be healthier and stay at a healthier weight, and be a smaller size, also. And I plan on being just that with a lot prayers.
