So, one of my Sparkbuddies suggested I get more specific and map out my plan a little more, so here goes.
I'm going to try going to some group fitness classes at the gym-I've heard bodysculpting is great, so I'm going. I've taken my agenda and planned in time to go to the class.
My schedule for next week:
Sunday: 60 mins cardio, core exercises, at home s.t. focusing on arms (15 minutes worth)
Monday: Bodysculpting at 10am...see how that goes, core exercises
Tuesday: 60 mins cardio, core exercises, at home s.t. focusing on legs (15 minutes worth)
Wednesday: 40 mins cardio, Bodyscultping (if I like it), core exercises
Thursday: 60 mins cardio, core exercises, at home s.t. focusing on arms (15 minutes worth)
Friday: 45 mins cardio, core exercises, at home s.t. focusing on legs (15 minutes)
Saturday: 60 mins cardio, core exercises, at home s.t. focusing on arms
Here's my Idea of S.T. exercises, but I'm sure this will change :)
Core exercises: 3 sets (12-15) of crunches and reverse crunches daily + one extra from Spark
P.S. Just did the strength exercises that Spark told me to do today and I feel the burn...I want to keep that up! I'd much rather lose 3-5% of muscle than 35%!
