Finally, some success. The scale hasn't moved, but I was able to get in an average of 6,000 steps per day last week, or 42,000 for the week. So, this coming week I'm going to shoot for 43,000 for the week.
The week before last was just to hectic to track, plan or blog as I was away. This coming week looks busy too. But hoping I can stay focused on the 43,000 steps.
And, I'm going to try to focus on drinking water. This time, instead of having a goal, I think I'll just try tracking my water intake for the week. With this information I'll decide next week where to go in this are.
