It has been way too long since the last post, so here is one food for thought in my head at the moment...
This time of dieting and losing the weight is literally for my health. In order to survive, I need this and plan on sticking with it and getting myself on track with my weight and health. I want to live and see my kids grow up and get married and have lives outside of our home. Make sure we did right by them. In order to do that I will have to get myself healthy enough to be able to do so much more. Anyway,short sweet and t the point, that is my blog for the moment, have to keep myself active and motivated to, "just keep swimming, swimming" LOL.. night
