This time for health...

It has been way too long since the last post, so here is one food for thought in my head at the moment...

This time of dieting and losing the weight is literally for my health. In order to survive, I need this and plan on sticking with it and getting myself on track with my weight and health. I want to live and see my kids grow up and get married and have lives outside of our home. Make sure we did right by them. In order to do that I will have to get myself healthy enough to be able to do so much more. Anyway,short sweet and t the point, that is my blog for the moment, have to keep myself active and motivated to, "just keep swimming, swimming" LOL.. night

Ok it is time to hget back on track... I have had many set backs and been in the hospital and now is healthy enough to get back into routine. So here I come again and hope I can get thru this now. But I do have a goal to reach and a timeframe to do it in. So i want to be down to reasonable size by June of 2009. Well end of June for a trip I am taking end of July. Yeah here I go!! Wish me luck!

Wow it is amazing, as I am now tracking the food I eat and actually seeing the amount of calories, fat , carbs and stuff that you are actually putting in your body. The foods I use to eat I can't believe it. I go thru the calories on this stuff.. the "healthy" fast foods I thought were better for me RIGHT.. I am just gonna make mre healthier foods and bring my lunches more. I have been drinking water over anything else. But I do tire of water quickly. I am doing something right down 10lbs so far and more to go. I will contiue but now just watching a little closer as to what goes through my lips now. Like tonight I made chicken fajitas from scratch and put in more kinds of peppers and wheat tortillas and such. Much less calories then what i have eaten before.

I DID IT!! First steps to a healthier me! Lost 4lbs this week. Been working hard to watch what i eat and I am hitting the gym atleast 3-4 days a week. When I don't goto the gym I work it off at home. I will continue! I will lose more to get to my goal weight.
