Getting ready for the day. Drinking my It Works protein shake with the Greens. After work, I'm meeting with two friends that are looking into It Works. They see how excited I am to share my experience. I've been working out since January and seeing minimal results. Since I started it works I've lost inches and 7 pounds of body fat and gained 2 pounds of lean muscle in one month. The scale went down another two pounds last week. What is more important to me is I feel like working out! I feel healthy! I'm not exhausted!!
