Today's challenge is to eat at the table with no distractions.

P.S. I was exhausted yesterday and barely made it through work. I came home and went to sleep until 5 am this morning. So, I didn't make it to the table for dinner.

    Having a dog/begger helps with this challenge! It's just easier for me to eat at the table...less dog begging. emoticon I'm passing the torch on to you!     Mantra's really do help...gives us that "auto thought" to move to when we need a positive thought in the face of discouragement. emoticon I have plenty of this to share after slicing up our watermelon today...so I thought I'd share some with you! I struggled with this today. I found myself eating off plan with bites of snacks but not on my plan.
