Today's challenge is to work on my breathing for 5 minutes today. In with the good and out with the bad. Quiet & relaxing! Now, that's my kind of challenge!

Today's challenge is not to drink diet soda all day long.

    Good for you! The habit of drinking water instead of diet soda was so hard for me to get into. The only way I could do it was to put something in the water: lemon or lime juice. Now companies have come out with the flavoring for water. They're making a killing with my family buying some all the time!

Today's challenge is to face my fear and do something that takes me out of my comfort zone.

I'm a shy person by nature. I stepped out of my comfort zone and asked a coworker if she would like to go for a walk after work. She declined. The world didn't end.

My challenge is to workout 10 extra minutes today.

I usually aim for 25000 steps on my Fitbit. Today, I got in 30000 steps. I was 2800 steps when I got off work so I was worried that I wasn't going to make it! I did extra time on the elliptical machine which I didn't think I could do.
