2 SP arm workouts & I'm heading out the door to go for a walk with the girls. We get a lot of catching up on our days as we walk. Multitasking!

Tomorrow I plan on playing in the garden. My favorite!

Eating could have gone better today!

    I love walking with a friend while catching up. You don't even notice that you are exercising. It's just fresh air and invigorating conversation. Good for you!

Crazy day at work today. I'm doing two jobs until a gal gets back from vacation.

Am & I are headed to the track. I plan on getting some strength training in this evening.

P.S. Our work had Anthem Blue Cross come out for our annual health fair. They check cholesterol, blood pressure, glucose, BMI, and a quick health survey. Last year I had a lot of red flags. This year there were no flags! It's amazing on what a year can do!

    Wow, what good news! It is amazing what you can do when you set your mind to it. You inspire me mentally. Now if I could just get a physical inspiration to get out and move. Electric shock therapy might help!

How did you get past the point of 'I want to do it' to not only 'I have to do it' all the way to 'I am doing it'? Are you at the point where you enjoy doing it?

2 SP arm workouts completed, 10 flights of stairs & 6.5 miles so far.

Eating was within my ranges. However, I could make better choices. I got into a box of triscuit garden herb crackers & ate more then I intended to not because I was hungry but because they tasted so good.

I got in a good visit with Brian, Am, Steven & Natasha. Alvin is having a rough time. He wants to go back to his apartment but the doctor won't release him. He still has a ways to go with the effects of his stroke. I've been sending him cards. I'm going to discuss taking another trip with my husband to see if we can go and see him and my mom. She has been visiting him daily. Please keep the both of them in your prayers.

    I will be praying for Alvin and hoping they will let him come home when he is well enough. You are very kind to him and I am sure this helps. I know what you mean about snack food. I fell hard for a couple of really fattening cookies last night. Well, at least we keep up our exercise and it helps! emoticon

Today went by so fast! I managed to get in 2 SP workouts 1st thing this morning. I got in 2 hours of tennis for cardio.

I stayed within my nutritional ranges.

I took time to squeeze in something new. I learned how to make a scrapbook card. It was great visiting with friends, cutting out flowers & making a beautiful card. I was shocked because I'm craft challenged!
