2 SP Pilate videos completed, 2 hours of tennis, 100 flights of stairs at the ocean & we are headed to the track! My cardio is definitely in for the day. I'm feeling good though!

I'm within my nutritional ranges!

I completed 2 SP ab workouts, got in 8 miles at the track so far with Natasha & Am.

I ate within my nutritional ranges.

I get to sleep in tomorrow! We plan on checking out the tall ships that came in & playing in the garden!

I just finished SP arm workout & SP kickboxing workout. Played tennis for 2 hours which was a lot of fun with Am, Natasha, Melissa & the grandkids!

I managed to stay within my nutritional ranges.

Chris & Sandra came by for a visit.

My dr advised me to take one day a week as a rest day. This is hard for me. I asked if I could go for a walk & she said no. No strength training, just rest.

You would think this would be easy. But, it's not for me. However, today I'm resting.

I ate within my ranges.

I'm looking forward to working out tomorrow!

    A rest day is a good idea because it allows your body to recover and prevents injury but if you are used to a daily walk, it can definitely be a challenge. Keep up the good work and enjoy your rest days. :)

    You are doing good. I have no problem with 'rest days' - my problem is getting the exercise. I am doing good in this dept and it is a mindset change. You can have enjoyable rest day - I would suggest you do something for the 'mind' like maybe crossword puzzles. You might like that and look forward to the mind challenge...
