Sprint/walked the track and completed 10 flights of stairs with Amber & Natasha at the track! They are great motivators! 10,000 steps out of the way!

Completed 2 SP ab Pilates workouts. I definitely felt the burn!

Stayed within my nutritional ranges.

I got in 10 miles total before I went to bed yesterday and feeling good enough to get it in tonight.

Finally in my healthy BMI and want to stay here! I'm on thyroid, heart, & blood pressure meds so it's challenging sometimes. But, it's doable!

Thank you all for your encouragement! I couldn't do it without you!

    That's amazing! Congratulations on sticking with your program. Losing weight is great but healthy BMI and thyroid management is so much more important focus. Your health is irreplaceable. Keep up the good work! I'm rooting for you.

Sprint/walk & 10 flights of stairs at the track with Natasha and Amber. SP lower body workout completed.

I got scary news today. I'm glad my son Chris is ok. Feeling blessed.

Ate within my range even with the hectic day.

2 SP ab workouts completed. 5 miles walk/sprint at the track & 10 flights of stairs. My back feels better today.

Cardio was sprint/walk at the track & a SP workout video. Managed to tweak my back so I've got to take it easy.

My granddaughter Hannah spent the night. The rest of the day I spent with my kids having a barbecue! I ate within my ranges. The weekends go by so fast.
